At Big Bash House, we work diligently to offer a seamless and enjoyable private theater experience. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for bookings made through our platform or with our representatives.
By making a booking with us, you agree to adhere to the guidelines set forth in this policy.
- Booking Advance
- Advance Amount: To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment. You need to confirm your booking by paying the advance amount.
- Reservation Confirmation: Once this amount is received, your requested date and time slot are secured, and you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
- Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations Initiated by the Customer
- Partial Refund Window: If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled slot, you are eligible for a full refund of your booking amount.
- No Refund After 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the reserved slot are not eligible for any refund of the advance and/or booking payment.
- No-Shows and Late Arrivals: If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking or arrive significantly late (beyond the grace period set by our rules), no refund will be issued for the advance amount.
3.2 Cancellations Initiated by Big Bash House
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, maintenance issues, or a force majeure event), you will be offered a full refund of your advance or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Policy Violations: If your booking is canceled because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions or for engaging in prohibited activities, no refund will be provided.
- How to Cancel Your Booking
- Cancellation Request: To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp and/or call or through other official channels provided on our Contact Us page.
- Information Required: Provide your booking reference number, the name used to make the reservation, and the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).
- Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the applicable refund (if eligible) within 7 business days.
- Refund Disbursement
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for the advance (in most cases). If that method is unavailable or invalid, we may require alternative banking information to process the refund.
- Processing Delays: External factors such as bank processing times, public holidays, or technical issues may extend the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
- Additional Guidelines and Exceptions
- Service or Add-On Charges: Some special services (e.g., premium add-ons, catering, decorations) may involve separate cancellation rules or charges. Please refer to your booking confirmation or consult our team for details.
- Rescheduling: Instead of canceling, you may request to reschedule your booking. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Misuse or Violation: In the event of policy abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of any of our policies, Big Bash House reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or terminate future booking privileges.
- Liability and Disputes
- Limitation of Liability: Big Bash House is not liable for any consequential damages arising from cancellations or rescheduling, including travel expenses or other costs.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have any disputes regarding this Refund Policy, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Should a dispute remain unresolved, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
