OTT Access Restriction: Big Bash House does not provide or facilitate the use of any Over-the-Top (OTT) platform credentials, accounts, or subscriptions for commercial screenings. Guests must utilize their own legitimate OTT accounts to access and stream content during their booking.
Prohibited Content: In accordance with Indian law, guests are strictly prohibited from streaming or playing material that is illegal, objectionable, or otherwise restricted. Violations of this provision absolve Big Bash House of any liability, and we reserve the right to decline future booking requests from individuals who breach these rules.
Timely Vacating of Premises: Guests must ensure they, along with all personal belongings, vacate the theater premises by the specified end time. Overstaying may disrupt subsequent reservations and could result in additional charges.
Equipment Integrity: To maintain optimal audiovisual quality, guests are not permitted to alter, move, or tamper with any technical equipment—including the projector, screen, laptop, or sound system. Should adjustments be necessary, our on-site technical team will execute them on your behalf.
Damage and Repair Costs: Guests are fully liable for any damage to theater facilities, including but not limited to walls, lighting fixtures, seating, and audio-visual equipment. Any necessary repair or replacement expenses will be billed to the responsible party.
Cleaning and Waste Disposal: If a post-event inspection deems it necessary to hire professional cleaning services for waste removal, leftover materials, or significant messes, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness for all patrons.
Property Security: Although Big Bash House implements reasonable security measures, safeguarding personal belongings remains the sole responsibility of our guests. We disclaim any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions. Please remain vigilant and supervise your items throughout your stay.
2.2 Add-Ons & Customizations
We offer a range of customizable add-ons (e.g., decor, cakes, photography, etc.) to enhance your event. These add-ons are subject to availability and additional costs.
2.3 No Guarantee of Availability
We strive to maintain the highest level of service availability. However, we cannot guarantee that a specific theater location, time slot, or add-on will be available at the time of your booking. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other payment options specified on the Website.
